i’m addicted to peppermint tea with lemon & honey. took two cups from a deli near church yesterday & i made time to pick up a cup from a diner on the way to work this drizzly morning.

so much rain. i’m so used to the snow that the rain seems a bit foreign to deal with. esp so early in the morning, too.
ohhhhhhhh ic ic.. i’ve been humming christmas carols on the snow days. this morning, i was wondering why i’ve been humming shakira’s “hips don’t lie”.. foreign? lol

well, the papers are in. i love going to the post office to send off things. now it’s the waiting period. i don’t mind the waiting period. it’s the final ‘no’ that i’m afraid of.
but then. there’s never a final ‘no’ in life, is there? there’s always a way. or another way. but a way, anyway.

at least, that’s what i think.
